A simple breakfast for steady energy, especially useful if you train later in the day.

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 80g blackberries
  • 20g vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. 1Cook the oats, milk and apple together until the oats are soft.
  2. 2Stir in the whey protein.
  3. 3Top with blackberries and cinnamon to serve.
